Product Warranty

Warranty Policy updated January 20, 2021  


DTPro stands behind all of our high-quality products and guarantees them against defects in materials or workmanship for 60 days from the date of receipt.


With everything we manufacture, we use the best processes and materials available and everything goes through intensive testing and strict quality checks. We do the little things to ensure a great product. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at warranty@deeptissuepro.com and provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).  

 

We will repair or replace the defective product, or issue a complete refund, delivery charges included. Please keep in mind, we cannot offer a warranty without valid proof of purchase.

 

This warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence or misuse.

 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Since we always strive for customer satisfaction, all warranty exchanges are tested in-house for proper product functionality. If there's a problem, we want to get to the root cause of it. If we receive a product deemed to be in full working order after testing, we will send it back.


Keep in mind, we sometimes find users unfamiliar with their new product may simply need to re-read the instruction manual(s). Before returning your item, we ask that you take a more in-depth look at the instruction manual or shoot us an email support@deeptissuepro.com and we'll see if we can resolve your issue.


DTPro warrants against material or workmanship defects for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any DTPro product, and a valid claim is received within the 60 Day Warranty Period, we will at our discretion:


(i) Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
(ii) Replace the product with a new or refurbished product
(iii) Refund the purchase price of the defective product
