Under normal circumstances, DTPro products typically deliver in the continental U.S. within normal 4-7 business day shipping times. Due to current global demand and overburdened production capabilities because of COVID, delivery times of 10 to 15 business days do occasionally occur. How long will it take to get my order?
Why is my tracking link not showing the status yet?
Between initial order processing and final delivery, your package will pass through several trans-shipment stages. Once your package has been delivered to USPS for final delivery, the tracking number you received will display accurate delivery details of your package.
Where is my package coming from?
Given that product demand has increased significantly, we are replenishing stock in our Nevada warehouse more frequently to keep pace. However, on occasion, we must rely on our Shanghai warehouse to fulfill when local inventory is depleted. In these cases, DTPro will pay the additional shipping costs to fulfill as quickly as possible.
