Refund Policy updated January 20, 2021  


30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Product returns are accepted within 30 days from your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new and unused in its original packaging and condition that you received it. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by DTPro in its sole discretion, may not be accepted. Items returned with missing parts, inserts, or packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

ARRANGING A RETURN

To arrange a return please email returns@deeptissuepro.com with your order number, product information, the reason for there turn, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return processing details so you can use it to ship your product back to our warehouse. 

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-authorized by one of our agents prior to shipping. Contact us prior to returning the item. We will provide you with detailed instructions on our return process as contained within this policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing your order number and items included. Please carefully double-check your shipping address and order information for accuracy in the order confirmation email or SMS. We dispatch the orders within
 24 to 48 hours. Due to our quick shipment timelines, we can only accept cancellations and changes in your order prior to order shipment. Contact us as soon as you can if an order needs to be changed or canceled. We will process the charges/refunds and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

CUSTOMER CREDIT
Once we receive your product in our returns processing warehouse, we will credit your original payment method within, 
2 business weeks (not including holidays or weekends), provided the product is in new and unused condition.

 

DTPro is not responsible for returns until they reach our Return Processing Center, or records show delivered by your return tracking number. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number from your shipping carrier. We cannot provide a refund or return on a product that does not have proof of delivery. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES  

DTPro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered upon ordering. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to an irregular or excessive returns history (including but limited to used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items) or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
