There are no shipping costs, no import/custom fees, and no hidden fees for Domestic or International purchases. Also, all US orders will typically be delivered in 4-7 business days. We want your shopping experience to be as easy and stress free as possible. We're here to help!

PROCESSING TIMES

On most days, we can have your order sent the same day if the order is placed before 3pm PST Mon-Fri. During busy high volume days, some orders can require up to 2 days to pick, pack, and process, prior to shipment. Shipping tracking numbers are sent via email or SMS (text) once the shipping carrier has taken possession of the parcel.


DELIVERY PROCESS

1) Your order gets picked up from the warehouse. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.

2) Your order is shipped to a local delivery agent. A carrier then transports your order to a delivery professional in your area.

3) You schedule a delivery appointment. When the local delivery agent has your order, they will contact you to schedule a delivery date and set a time window.

4) Enjoy your new item! Check the conditions and packaging of your order. If you have any concerns, describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver. As always, feel free to contact us for any additional help!


OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR DROP-OFF

The delivery agent will unload item(s) and leave in a safe place outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Once it’s been dropped off, it’s yours!


You are not required to be home to accept the delivery and a signature is not needed. Your item(s) will be delivered as long as the delivery team determines the area is secure. For apartments and condos with a front desk, your item(s) will be dropped off there. For any apartments or condos that have outer doors only, your item(s) will be left outside the front door.


Please reach out to the local delivery agent directly if you need to reschedule your delivery. Their contact information can be found in the email detailing your delivery date and time window.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?  

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on available shipping service and duties that may be charged by Customs.


WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?   

Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.


LOST PACKAGES  

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email support@deeptissuepro.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!


UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some (rare) instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control or unusual demand for certain products. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
